Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy

At Exuberance Aesthetics, we value your time and ours.

To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require advance notice for appointment changes. Cancellation Policy We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a $75 fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee. Additional Notes Fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or may result in limited booking privileges. We understand emergencies happen; exceptions may be made at management’s discretion. By booking an appointment with Exuberance Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
